1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It does not store official criminal records, perform official checks, retrieve agency files, or submit papers for a visitor.

Its content directs readers to the Pershing County Sheriff, Lake Township Justice Court, Eleventh Judicial District Court, Nevada State Police Central Repository, and Nevada Sex Offender Registry. Access still depends on the Nevada Public Records Act, the criminal-history dissemination limits in NRS Chapter 179A, and other confidentiality laws. Some pages also provide access to independently operated search tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Use site information to threaten, stalk, or harass anyone
• Violate federal, Nevada, or local law
• Make a credit, employment, housing, or insurance decision from site content
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools on the pages
• Attempt unauthorized entry into any system or account

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

No one may use information obtained here or through a linked tool to harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate. Nevada law places specific limits on use of Nevada Sex Offender Registry information, and misconduct against a listed person or household can bring criminal or civil consequences under NRS 179B.270 through 179B.290. Registry access supports public safety and community awareness, never vigilantism or an FCRA-regulated decision.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer reports, credit reports, or official background checks. The same is true of services offered through our advertising relationships. Data from this site or a linked tool must not be used to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

A legally required check for a regulated purpose must come from an authorized official channel or an FCRA-compliant provider, not from this website.
